⏰ Weights and heart pumping cardio bursts: We’ll train in intervals. I’ll hold you accountable during the videos to ensure you get your heart rate up for an EPOC effect. What’s EPOC? Excess Post Oxygen Consumption- basically - burn more calories after your workout, while you sleep or watch Hulu!
