Join the Spring Training Camp Challenge if you're an ex-athlete looking to step back into a cross-training routine and get that accountability back in your life again.
Don’t feel like an athlete? Don’t worry, Coach Ari will push you during every single workout to gain your confidence back!
The Challenge Includes:
A monthly calendar so you can fit in all your favorite activities such as running, tennis, spinning, etc.
By strength-training 3x per week, you’ll build strength, lean muscle, and burn fat to give you the results you’re looking for.
Personal check-ins via the FB group and DMs to hold you accountable
Monthly ‘Gameday’ challenges so you actually have measurable goals to train for! This keeps us showing up.
All videos can be followed on schedule OR you can choose from the On Demand library.
Workouts are typically 30-45 minutes to fit into your tight schedule.
Stop googling ‘how to lose weight’ or looking up random ‘ab workouts’ and change your body with a plan
Complete the challenge and earn the TCF ‘Just Show Up’ Tank (pictured below)
