2022 is quickly approaching and my signature 6-week strength training program: Camp Shred is here to stay. It’s time to stop doing a random pattern of workouts without any repeatability. After putting together an entire year of programming for the TCF Team members, I wanted it to be available for any athlete in any season.
So here’s what’s coming for January 2022! As many of you know, the Camp Shred 6 week virtual workout challenge has been running for a couple years now, but I wanted you to have this program in your back-pocket with some extra perks at anytime - especially for those moving back to the gym - ask and you shall receive Team- I’ve heard you loud and clear!
On Demand and Ebook Camp Shred Strength Training Programs are coming soon! This is new to TCF Online as we have only done challenges before with a limited number of spots and time to participate. Now you’ll have the opportunity to complete the 6 week training program any time or simply start Season 1 with us on January 3rd. No need to be a member.

What to expect
The Camp Shred Strength Training Program is 6 weeks long with a primary focus on fitting in those 3 strength training workouts per week. That doesn’t mean you won’t be sweating or be able to do cardio- trust me!
I emphasize a straightforward, consistent lifting plan 3x per week alongside practicing and stacking a new micro-habit into your routine each week. We’ll be holding ourselves accountable with the help of an online team via IG/FB. This keeps us coming back when we really ‘don’t feel like it’!
The workouts and Eat to Fuel Guidelines are designed to specifically help you burn more fat at rest by increasing your lean muscle mass, and teaching you optimal form with every exercise movement.
You’ll not only look and feel better, but you’ll perform better - especially if you’re looking to improve your golf game or other sport.
