Remember that feeling of knowing you were unstoppable on the field, court or in the gym? And then….life happened….HARD! Feeling like you don’t have the right Coach to give you the right weekly schedule, or a team to really back you up, can feel totally defeating!
Whether you are just starting your journey, or wanting to level up and unleash your inner athlete, Camp Shred is here to help you not overwhelm you.
My mission is to help you strength-train 3 times per week, while still keeping your favorite fitness goals (such as running, spinning or yoga!) in your schedule!

At TCF, we all have different goals, and it’s easy to lose sight of our WHY when we don’t have something to train for!
Each month, we have a different focus (Legs, Upper Body, Total Body). The programming will always be well balanced, but help us from getting too distracted. Change happens when you trust the process!
The monthly Gameday workout happens in the beginning and end of the month so you can really measure your progress!
Training for a 5k or half marathon? We gotchu! I include mobility and strength training specifically with athletes in mind, so you can CRUSH your race day!
